I’ve been a State Farm Agent since 2007 and take pride in serving customers across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Wisconsin. I was raised in Grafton, WI, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin before starting my career as an agent. Family is central to who I am—my wife and I have three daughters, and we enjoy traveling and skiing together in the great outdoors.
Our office is multilingual, with team members who speak English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian, allowing us to connect with a wide range of customers. We’re active in the community as Chamber of Commerce members and committed to building long-term relationships with the people we serve. Position Overview:
Are you a motivated communicator who enjoys talking to people and driving results? Chad Radtke State Farm is looking for a reliable and outgoing Account Representative to join our remote team!
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to existing customers via text messages
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Promote State Farm products and services
- Help build relationships and grow our customer base
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Must reside in Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, or Arizona
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
